Working together is a reflective and collaborative process that attends to both symptoms and the deeper patterns that shape your emotional life. I aim to create a steady, thoughtful space where exploration and clinical care can coexist.
Our work may include medication management when appropriate, alongside psychotherapy that allows room to explore emotions, relationships, and recurring themes over time. Sessions are guided by clinical judgment, psychological depth, and your individual goals.
My role is to support clarity, stability, and integration—offering professional care without rushing or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Yes. Medication-only visits are available when appropriate. Some individuals prefer to focus primarily on medication management, particularly when treatment goals are clear or symptoms are stable.
That said, I approach medication thoughtfully and in context. Even in medication-focused visits, we take time to understand how treatment fits into your broader life and well-being. Psychotherapy is always optional and offered as an integrated part of care, not a requirement.
My aim is to provide psychiatric treatment that is both clinically sound and responsive to your preferences, while remaining attentive to the whole person.

Medication decisions are made thoughtfully and collaboratively, with attention to both clinical evidence and your individual experience. I consider symptoms, medical history, prior treatment responses, and your goals, while also remaining attentive to psychological, relational, and lifestyle factors that may be influencing how you feel.
When medication is recommended, it is done with care and intention—favoring the lowest effective dose and regular follow-up to assess benefit, side effects, and overall fit. Medications are never presented as a one-size-fits-all solution, and we revisit decisions over time as your needs evolve.
My goal is to support meaningful symptom relief while respecting the complexity of your inner life and the role medication plays within a broader, integrated approach to care.
-
I offer both short-term and longer-term care, depending on your needs and goals. Some individuals seek brief, focused treatment—such as medication evaluation or stabilization—while others benefit from ongoing psychiatric care and psychotherapy over time.
We regularly revisit the course of treatment together, with the aim of providing care that feels appropriate, effective, and responsive as your circumstances evolve.
